Who We Are

ProWorkplace offers the services of a variety of facilitators to meet your training needs, as well as offering programs to certify your trainers to conduct ProWorkplace training programs within your organization. All of our facilitators have substantial experience in handling labor and employment issues and in conducting workplace training on these subjects. We will work with you to select a facilitator best suited to your organization's needs.

Marguerite (Rita) Ruby
Ms. Ruby is the President of ProWorkplace and also is an attorney licensed to practice in Virginia.
  
She has spent the past sixteen years representing management in labor and employment issues, including defending litigation, handling labor arbitrations, labor negotiations, and union organizing campaigns, and counseling management on legal and effective employment practices. Throughout her career, Ms. Ruby also has developed and conducted workplace training programs for large and small organizations in industries ranging from utilities to health care, manufacturing to high tech, service and professional to financial.
